1. The work to be completed under the contract includes but is not limited to providing all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, services, supplies, incidentals, travel, mileage, fuel, environmental recovery fees and related items necessary to provide trash pick-up and disposal services as may be required by VHCC. 2. The contractor shall provide monthly rental of trash dumpsters in the quantities and sizes listed below (#12 & 13) for the specific location. 3. The contractor shall empty all dumpsters on the designated days. All dumpsters shall be placed in areas designated by the College and shall not block ingress/egress to the campus building. 4. The contractor shall ensure the trucks are covered appropriately to ensure that trash will not blow out of the truck and fall on campus parking lots and roadways. 5. The contractor shall take reasonable precautions to prevent damage to campus roadways and facilities when accessing dumpsters. 6.
