The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, services, supplies, incidentals, travel, mileage, fuel, environmental recovery fees and related items necessary to provide trash disposal services to include recyclables, at the Southside Virginia Community College, John H Daniel campus. The successful bidder shall abide by all laws and regulations pertaining to the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, the Virginia Waste Management Board, the U.S. Environmental Protection Act, and any local ordinances. A. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 1. The work to be completed under the contract includes but is not limited to providing all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, services, supplies, incidentals, travel, mileage, fuel, environmental recovery fees and related items necessary to provide trash disposal services as may be required by SVCC.
