The Purpose of this Quick Quote is to solicit competitive bids for the Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources’ requirement for the rental of two (2) Track Excavators. The Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources has a requirement for the rental of the following equipment: Track Excavator (size/weight equivalent to a CASE 210) with a 5,000 lb. hydraulic hammer; Track Excavator (size/weight equivalent to a CASE 160 or CASE 210) with a 36" bucket; The Track Excavators shall be delivered to 308 South Main Street, Stuart, VA 24171 on September 29, 2025. They shall be unloaded at the beginning of the driveway. Option 1: After approximately two weeks, the equipment shall be re-mobilized to 709 Commerce Street, Stuart, VA 24171 where it will be required until October 31, 2025. Option 2: After approximately two weeks, the equipment shall be picked up with no remobilization. Quotes shall include delivery, pick-up, and re-mobilization for Option 1. Quotes shall include delivery and pick-up for Option 2.
