This solution will streamline time tracking, automate absence reporting, and improve the efficiency and reliability of substitute teacher placement across the district. We are searching for a system at a minimum will track time & attendance, absences and substitute calling, but with preference given to solutions that enhance other Human Resources and Payroll functions. The successful vendor will provide a hosted, user-friendly, secure, and scalable solution that integrates with our existing systems and meets the needs of all stakeholders, including Human Resources, Payroll, IT, school administrators, teachers, and substitute personnel.
