Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish contracts through competitive negotiation for therapeutic services and mental health services as needed, in accordance with the requirements specified herein. Chesterfield County Public Schools (referred to herein as “CCPS” or “County”), reserves the right to make multiple awards. Therapeutic Services will be provided primarily in the school setting to students ages 2-22. In certain unique situations, services may be provided after school or at another setting as determined by provided and parent. The provider will adhere to guidelines established by Medicaid billing process. It is the offeror’s responsibility to be aware, have knowledge of, and adhere to Medicaid billing procedures and requirements related to billing or service rendered.
