The Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a cloud-based text messaging communication system that will allow RRHA to efficiently send outbound text alerts to residents, landlords, and other stakeholders. The selected vendor will provide a secure, user-friendly platform compatible with RRHA’s existing systems, including Yardi, and accessible by multiple authorized users across departments. The system is necessary to enhance communication between RRHA and residents/landlords, improve operational efficiency by allowing authorized staff to send mass or targeted text messages, provide reliable, real-time dissemination of Agency updates, event notifications, and emergency alerts.
