This RFP is to solicit qualification statements for the purpose of entering into a contract through competitive negotiations for the professional services of Architectural/Engineering firms, authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia, with experience in architectural design, architectural interiors, roofing design, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, and environmental engineering. The aim of this RFP is to contract with two or more A/E's who will agree to be available to provide these services, as needed, in a timely manner, thereby reducing the County's cost and time for advertising, and generally to increase the County's efficiency in obtaining professional services.
