A. One (1) Temporary Restroom Trailer shall be delivered to the Capron Area Headquarters located at 17493 Railroad Ave., Capron, VA 23829. B. The restroom trailer shall contain two (2) separate enclosed stalls. One (1) for women and one (1) for men. C. The restroom trailer shall have a minimum of one (1) sink and one (1) toilet per each enclosed stall. D. The restroom trailer unit shall have lights, heat and air conditioning. E. The cost of the unit shall include delivery, set up, leveling and pickup at the end of the rental period. F. Bidder shall include a cost for pumping and supplying water. G. Bidder should provide pertinent information regarding the restroom facilities they plan to provide. This will include cut sheets/specifications for the unit. If not included with the bid submittal, this shall be provided within one (1) business day of request from the Contract Officer. H. The rental period shall be approximately ten (10) months and may be extended if needed. I. Contractor shall be responsible for providing water, pumping, disposal and refilling of the water tank weekly or as needed. J. VDOT will supply electricity, toilet paper, soap and hand towels.
