The Virginia Information Technology Agency (VITA) is seeking the temporary investigative services of an HR Consultant with (1) a strong background in workplace investigations, compliance, and employee relations; (2) experience with the Commonwealth executive branch’s employment policies and procedures, including the Standards of Conduct and procedures for disciplinary action; and (3) experience with VITA as an agency. Our objective is to have an on-site presence to conduct a thorough investigation, including any necessary meetings with pertinent staff, and provide a detailed report regarding the subject matter of the investigation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR best practices, employment law, and conflict resolution.
