The unit shall be a used model year 2011 or newer, with actual well maintenance documentation or reconditioned, and supported by an established dealer/service network. "Or equal" language applies throughout. Telehandler shall meet the specifications listed below: Capacity & Envelope • All load ratings shall be per OEM load charts and based on a 24 in (610 mm) horizontal load center for forks, unless otherwise stated by the attachment’s chart. • Rated capacity: ≥ 10,000 lb (4,536 kg). • Capacity at maximum lift height: ≥ 4,000 lb (preference for ≥ 5,000 lb). • Maximum lift height: ≥ 53 ft; maximum forward reach: ≥ 38 ft. • Frame leveling (sway): ≥ ±8° side-to-side (preference for ±10°). Power Train & Driveline • Diesel engine, Tier 4 Final compliant. Options acceptable from ~74 hp (no DEF on some models) to ~120 hp. • 4x4 with limited-slip or locking front differential; oscillating rear axle. • Three steering modes: front-wheel, four-wheel coordinated, and crab. • Travel speed: ≥ 15 mph; powershift or CVT transmission acceptable. Hydraulics • Load-sensing piston pump system. • Auxiliary hydraulics plumbed to boom head; minimum continuous flow ≥ 15 gpm at ≥ 3,200 psi. • Auxiliary pressure release/decompression at boom head for safe attachment changeover. • Ride control (boom suspension) to reduce load shock and material spillage
