Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Descriptive literature shall be provided that demonstrates with City specifications for all vehicles. • Each vehicle shall be a class 5 chassis, current model year, new and unused. • Vehicle for line item 1 shall have a single cab. • Vehicle for line item 2 shall have a crew cab with full doors. • Each vehicles’ engine shall be diesel and should be 325 horsepower. • Each vehicles’ axle, springs and frame shall be manufacturer’s standard as required by vehicle GVW rating. • Each vehicle shall be equipped with factory installed towing and snow plow packages. Brake controller shall be included. • Each vehicle shall be equipped with automatic transmission specifically recommended by manufacturer for the engine being offered. Locking or limited slip differential shall be provided. • Each vehicle shall be equipped with four wheel drive. • Each vehicle shall have power steering with adjustable tilt wheel. • Each vehicle shall have four wheel anti-lock braking system (ABS). • Each vehicle shall be equipped with factory installed seat belts and have front driver and front passenger air bags installed. • Each vehicle shall be equipped with dual rear wheels. Manufacturer’s standard tires and wheels shall be included. All primary tires and wheels shall be identical. • Each vehicle shall have rear view and right and left side exterior mirrors. • Each vehicles’ windshield wipers shall be factory standard electric variable speed with intermittent wipe feature and washer system. • Each vehicle shall be equipped with factory standard hear, defroster and air conditioning. • Each vehicles’ exterior paint shall be white. • Each vehicle shall include a three year/36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. • Each vehicle shall be delivered clean, complete and ready for service including a current Virginia inspection. New vehicle service preparation must be performed by the dealer according to manufacturer’s specifications. • All documents for titling purposes shall be provided with each vehicle.
