1. Tutoring availability timeframes will include during the day – both in person and virtual; after school; online – for Virtual Scholars Academy, scheduled instructors for courses, and student selected hours between (7:00 a.m. – 12:00a.m.). 2. Types of tutoring services (providers) will include face-to-face, virtual, and a combination of face-toface and virtual. 3. Data collected during the engagement of services will be hosted and stored on the Contractor’s premises. Any data provided, entered, or derived on the hosted applications will be the property of Norfolk Public Schools. The ability to retrieve archived events must be provided at no additional cost. 4. All data must be collected and adhere to Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) laws. 5. The function of the face-to-face and virtual instructional and tutoring services solution is to provide an array of instructional services options (i.e., math, writing, reading, science, history, all subjects) designed to support both student success in courses and enhance student support services.
