Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contract(s) resulting from this RFP will replace the existing Statewide Transportation, Video, and Data Distribution/Statewide 511 Information Service contract and other data sharing portals managed by VDOT or provided by third parties. The Supplier is responsible for consolidating relevant data from VDOT’s systems (e.g., Statewide ATMS, Statewide Traffic Signal System) through the Data Gateway and integrating external data sources for the Traffic, Traveler, and Road Information Program in TVD. These applications will be designed with user-specific features for: VDOT executives VDOT TOC operators Industry users General purpose users, including users that register for the service and authenticate onto the platform, and those who access the service without registering
