Specifications include, but are not limited to:General Requirements: This City is seeking proposals from a company to operate a watercraft rental business as described herein. 1. The City requires that the Offeror follow certain business practices in order to successfully compete for this contract: 2. Offeror shall perform services to the highest standards in the kayaks and paddle boards rental industry. 3. The vendor will utilize a mutually agreed upon area at the location from which to conduct the business of renting watercrafts. The vendor will provide all watercrafts and related equipment, including all required safety gear, i.e PFD’s. The vendor will provide all personnel necessary to safely operate and monitor their rental business operation. The vendor must have at least 3 years of experience in the watercraft rental business, and provide related documentation and references. The vendor must also have all applicable insurance, licensing and permitting required by the City of Hampton to conduct a watercraft rental business within the City limits. For the use of the designated rental operation site, the vendor will be required to pay the City of Hampton a percentage (TBD) of gross rental revenues
