Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor Requirements a. Contractor Shall establish a safe, affordable, and efficient means of disposing of old textbooks and instructional materials. b. Contractor Shall ensure the process of removal, disposal, recycling, and reselling must be environmentally appropriate. c. Contractor Shall provide and be responsible for the trucking, transportation, and labor associated with the packaging and removal of all textbooks and instructional materials from the storage unit, office or facility where textbooks and or instructional material are being held. d. Contractor Shall guarantee full removal of all textbooks and instructional material identified for removal and disposal obtained from Norfolk Public Schools various sites and locations. e. Contractor Shall remove, dispose, recycle, and possibly resell any and all textbooks and instructional materials obtained from Norfolk Public Schools various sites and locations.
