The Successful Offeror will be required to provide approximately sixty (60) children’s breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack daily, Monday thru Friday, at various campuses at Tidewater Community College childcare sites year-round with exceptions to scheduled closings and weather-related closures. A detailed schedule will be provided annually. A. Locations to be serviced: 1. Tidewater Community College, Portsmouth Campus Student Center Bldg. E120 Campus Dr. Portsmouth, VA 23701. 2. Tidewater Community College, Norfolk Campus 310 Granby Street Norfolk Student Center, TCC Child Development Center, Room 213. 3. The intention is to add another campus within the next year to the Virginia Beach area. B. Logistics Requirements: 1. The Successful Offeror shall have no direct contact with children at the daycare facilities. All meals shall be delivered to each site and placed in a designated drop-off area specific to each location. 2. All breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks are provided daily, during the contract period for all sites. All meals must be in accordance with the USDA (CACFP) requirements, which will be available, along with a current list of all locations to be served with times and quantities.
