The Government has a requirement for AV support for the upcoming DISA Symposium. The solicitation is attached and all details are included. Please be aware of the following:
March 3 - March 5, 2025. Technicians to set up March 3rd, 2025 starting at 9:30pm
PM ET (for the general/plenary/ballroom area). For all other rooms setup time, see 6.3 Task 3 above. Set up must
be completely finished NLT 11:59pm on March 3rd, 2025. The government point of contact does acceptance testing
at 11:59pm ET on Monday March 3rd, 2025. The contractor provides all recording sessions to the government point
of contact within 7 business days.
