SERL conducts research in public, private, non-profit and other agencies. We are seeking to establish a contract with a printing firm(s) that can provide the printing materials needed, having the capacity to perform the work and will be a valued partner in our research survey printing activities. 1. The Firm shall provide custom printing services (e.g., high-quality photocopying, offset printing, folding, high-speed addressing of envelopes, automated stuffing of survey materials and monetary incentives). 2. The Firm shall provide pre-press design services, if needed. 3. The Firm shall demonstrate proficiency with high-volume (for example, 36,000 - 72,000 pieces), custom, multi-phasic and mail-merged projects. 4. The Firm must meet and have a demonstrated history of meeting deadlines.
