1. The Contractor shall supply spring water in five (5) gallon plastic bottles and a water cooler dispenser on a rental basis. The unit prices quoted by Proposers on the Pricing Schedule shall include all the costs for providing these services to the County including products, labor, and transportation for pickup and delivery services of the bottled water and empty containers. 2. The Contractor shall provide spring water dispensing equipment in compliance with the current industry standards and requirements. The equipment shall be compatible to dispense spring water from three gallon or five gallon bottle containers and be a freestanding unit. 3. The Contractor shall provide bottled water delivery on an every two or four week basis or schedule stipulated by user agency. 4. The County may call the Contractor for bottled water services on an as needed basis if required. The actual dates and time of delivery of bottled water shall be coordinated with the County’s designated agency representative. 5. Contractor at time of delivery shall submit a delivery receipt copy to the designated County’s agency representative. Receipt shall be signed by the agency’s representative.
