Specifications include, but are not limited to:STATEMENT OF NEEDS Services shall be inclusive of all costs (including profit and administrative overhead) associated with providing the services as described (i.e. labor, equipment, transportation, etc.). Materials related to construction, modifications, and- or repairs to the County SCADA system and other associated systems shall be billed at cost to the County, no mark-ups shall be allowed. The existing SCADA systems communicate via CDMA technology, standard phone lines, radios and fiber optics in both water and wastewater systems. Currently, there are over 38 wastewater pump stations, 6 water pump/booster stations, 4 wastewater treatment plants, 1 water treatment plant, and numerous well and storage tank systems. Services may include, but not limited to design and-or installation of SCADA system for monitoring County public utilities and other infrastructure. In addition, it is anticipated that the County will investigate networking opportunities. The Consultant shall provide support services associated with, but not limited to: (SCADA) Master Plan Modification Programming Design and/or Build Construction Management Field Support System Modifications Trouble Shooting and repairs Wireless Communication Development Wide Area and Local Area Network development SCADA access via the Internet Investigate Wedserver hosting option Cybersecurity Implementation
