4.1.1 The equipment listed in this section is included in the various substations. Scheduled maintenance of the listed equipment as specified in Section 5 shall be included, and shall be deemed to be included, in the price given for specified maintenance in the Proposal. 4.1.2 All oil-filled equipment has been tested for PCB contamination and has been labeled in accordance with EPA regulations.
