A. General Overview: The University desires the development and implementation of a comprehensive “One-Card” to include the mobile credential program to augment the University’s current Monarch Plus Card Program, that may be used as (i) a Debit Card, (ii) Identification Card, (iii) Facility/Program Access Card, and (iv) access to use the University’s Multi-functional devices for printing, scanning, emailing, etc. B. University Commitment: To ensure the success of any developed and implanted program, the University shall be committed to: a. Provide the following support: 1. Expertise in campus card technology and a successful internal campus program; 2. Project management, to ensure both continuity for the project and the University’s compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations;
