Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the purchase of a scalable Student Anonymous Reporting System by the County of Albemarle Public School Division ("ACPS", "School Division," or "Division") to provide a fully functional and student self-reporting system that allows anonymous reporting for bullying, violence\threat, harassment, intolerance and similar types of incidents or safety concerns that affect student life. The objective is to improve student health and increase safety for ACPS students and to do so by implementing a system that can be monitored by both central and school based administrative and licensed staff. This document provides general information, requirements, and instructions needed for participating in the process of selecting and implementing a continuum of mental health services that specifically support students enrolled in Albemarle County Schools. Information provided in this document includes general information about the district’s requirements and evaluation guidelines. The intent of this Request for Proposal and resulting contract is to obtain implementation plans and price proposals from organizations specializing in providing an anonymous student/community reporting system to support students in their community school and related expertise in the implementation, training and support of professionals utilizing the anonymous reporting system. Proposals are requested from those experienced vendors who have had experience providing an anonymous reporting tool in public schools and the community for at least three years. The successful offeror should be able service the scale of Albemarle County Public Schools (26 locations and a total student population of approximately 14,000 students in grades PK to 12 and must support the minimum requirements listed in this document.
