Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Meetings and Reviews Contractor shall participate in initial kickoff meeting with the VCA at a place and time selected by VCA for the purpose of reviewing the Contractor’s schedules, procedures, methods, and to clarify any ambiguities that may exist. The Contractor’s Principal Officer and others requested by VCA shall attend the meeting. More than one meeting may be required, and will be scheduled with the Contract Administrator and/or designee as mutually agreed. Contractor’s travel and any other associated costs for the kickoff meeting shall be covered by the Contractor. 2. Reporting The Contractor shall provide the following documentation, at no additional cost to the Commonwealth, to the Contract Administrator for approval by the agency as follows: a. Monthly progress reports by the 10th day of each month outlining the following: i. Specific accomplishments achieved during the reporting period, including draft documents, as appropriate and applicable. ii. Specific tasks completed pursuant to the provisions of the contract, and draft/final documentation, as appropriate. iii. Review of timelines and completion dates for the remaining specific tasks required by the contract.
