1. The Contractor shall provide digital, graphic, and conceptual design for marketing and recruiting campaign initiatives that are currently in line with the branding of the Agency. The Contractor shall also provide consulting advice that directly impacts Agency Executive decision regarding decisions on recruitment direction. VSP desires to build upon the currently established recruitment website https://vatrooper.com and any active marketing and recruiting campaign efforts to include website design and updates. The Offeror shall submit a proposal that takes this into consideration. 2. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, shipping and incidentals required for complete and satisfactory performance of the services described herein. This will not include goods or services that will be provided by VSP such as sworn personnel and vehicles used in video or photography. 3. The Offeror should specialize in public safety specific on & offline marketing and recruiting campaign services or have sufficient knowledge and experience to provide all requirements stated herein.
