A. The Contractor shall provide a variety of Occupational Safety and Health training courses during the period of this contract to agency employees, either on-site, by video conference, online, or through a combination of online and on-site training methods (blended learning), as indicated in the table below. If classes are provided by video conference or online, a proctor shall be provided by VDOT for the required student evaluation or performance assessment(s). The Occupational Safety and Health courses shall provide safety education, knowledge and/or skills to students meeting the requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Virginia Department of Labor and Industry (DOLI) and U.S. Department of Transportation. B. The Contractor shall provide instructors to adequately deliver the class requirements. The Contractor shall supply all training literature and materials necessary for the class presentation. The cost of materials and travel expenses shall be included in the bid price and will not be paid separately. C. Bidder must have a minimum of ten (10) qualified instructors readily available for quarterly training course instruction.
