The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) intends to enter into multiple contracts with a qualified firms to provide specific expert maintenance management and any combination of maintenance services that shall include, but is not limited to: 1. Develop, research and analyses of guidelines, policies, and procedures. 2. Development of maintenance manuals. 3. Assist with developing specifications, contract writing and cost analyses. 4. Assist with contract research, developing and drafting requests for information and specifications. 5. Development and presentation of reports. 6. Participation in program and project management, including quality control and administrative support and staffing. 7. Maintenance Support Services. 8. Assistance in developing, modifying, improving timeliness, and evaluating standard procedures, developing and administering related training programs, industry meetings, etc. 9. Report writing and analysis and any related business needs of the Department. 10. Roadway inspection services to include pavement analysis and management.
