The Contractor shall apply a sprayed-on pipe liner on the inside of the existing corrugated metal pipes. The work shall include cleaning and preparing the existing pipe, removing and properly disposing of any and all debris/silt/rock inside the pipe, installing and removing all environmental controls, installing and removing cofferdams and/or diversions, filling and stabilizing voids surrounding the pipe with a product from the Approved Materials List, application of the liner, inspection and testing of liner, water quality testing, furnishing and placing seed in disturbed areas, furnishing and placing erosion control matting in disturbed areas, and all materials, tools, labor, traffic control, and incidentals required to perform the work.
