Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, qualified operators, supervision, equipment, tools, materials (i.e. liquid asphalt and aggregate), mobilization of equipment and personnel, parts, fuel, supplies and incidentals necessary to perform pothole patching services as described in this solicitation. All services provided under the resulting contract shall comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations (OSHA), Virginia Occupational Safety and Health (VOSH) regulations, Department of Environmental Quality regulations, 2020 VDOT Road and Bridge Specifications, the current Virginia Work Area Protection Manual (VWAPM) all local, State, and Federal regulations as applicable, and all requirements specified herein. 2. VDOT will provide all Traffic Control. No work shall commence without proper traffic control. 3. The Contractor shall provide pothole patching services, on an as-needed/on call basis, throughout the Williamsburg Residency at the associated Maintenance Area Headquarters within the counties of James City, York and Surry. See Attachment B entitled Location of Services for the Area Headquarter locations. 4. The Contractor shall provide all pothole patching material to complete repairs, including No. 9 Stone and liquid asphalt (CRS-2 in the summer, and CMS-2 in the winter). No. 9 Stone is to be used for all applications, on Primary and Secondary Roads, and as otherwise directed by the VDOT Engineer.
