Description:
The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award on a competitive basis, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13, a single award Firm-Fixed Price, Requirements contract for Athletic official services for Zama Middle High School (ZMHS) athletic program. From September 4th 2021 to September 3rd 2026. All applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation
Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses are contained in SF 1449 HE1254-21-Q4019 attached to this synopsis. Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their quotes in accordance with
FAR Part 12 and additional instructions, conditions, and the provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and its addendum provision.
