Specifications include, but are not limited to: The construction of a new solid waste management facility complete and in place. The project includes the construction of pre-fabricated metal building and associated HVAC, plumbing, fire protection (sprinkler systems), electrical, network integration, and access control systems. Site improvements include erosion and sediment control, earthwork, stormwater infrastructure, utility services (electric, gas, water), sanitary sewer grinder pump system and force main, site lighting, poles, fixtures, concrete duct banks, electrical and communications conduit, handholes, emergency standby natural gas generator, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, asphalt pavement, pavement striping, landscaping, final grading and seeding. Work shall also include demolition of existing building, on-site utilities, and parking lot.
