Major elements of Work include but are not limited to: 1. Four new sludge dewatering centrifuges. The equipment is preselected with GEA Westfalia. 2. Four new cake pumps and storage systems including eight lubrications pumps, eight lubrication rings, and two lubrication water tanks. The equipment is preselected with Schwing Bioset. 3. New piping and appurtenances (i.e. valves, electric motor actuators, level devices, pressure gauges, flowmeters, etc.) associated with centrifuges and cake storage and pumping system, including connections to and work on existing polymer, lime, scum, instrument air, odor control, process drain, plant water, and sludge piping systems. 4. Demolition of existing centrifuges and associated electrical wirings, panels, piping and appurtenances. 5. Demolition of existing dewatered cake storage and pumping system and associated electrical wirings, panels, piping, and appurtenances. 6. Replacement of bridge crane. 7. Replacement of odor control system serving Building K3 including but not limited to: • New odor control fan. • New odorous air ductwork. • Demolition of existing odor scrubber system. 8. Rehabilitation of centrifuge electrical room (K3-101) on top floor of Building K3, including but not limited to: • New HVAC equipment and related ductwork. • Architectural improvements, including but not limited to painting/finishing
