Specifications include, but are not limited to: r software and professional services to implement a new software systems environment to address the County’s needs related to: Financial management; Human capital management; Tax billing and revenue collections; Utility billing; Asset management and work orders, and; Community Development; The primary objective is to procure, implement, and maintain a system or systems that mitigate the challenges listed above, allow for streamlined collection and processing of information, and to facilitate standardization and timely access to information by maximizing the use of the new software system(s) capabilities. The County would like to purse the development of a paperless system environment.
