Specifications include, but are not limited to: No later than October 15th of each year, the requesting college’s representative or his/her designee shall furnish the successful offeror with copies of the snow plan for their campuses. These plans specify in detail, all of the areas to be serviced by both the successful offeror’s personnel and college staff. Within five (5) business days after the transmittal of the snow plan, the successful offeror shall schedule a coordination meeting with the requesting college’s representative or his/her designee in order to clarify any outstanding issues regarding the requirements of any resultant contract for the upcoming winter season. Within ten (10) business days after the meeting, the successful offeror shall submit to the requesting college a completed detailed snow plan of operation, by campus.
