Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor must provide a primary Point of Contact (POC) who is available by phone and/or email 24 hours/day and 7 days/week during the term of this contract. 2. Contractor must provide a secondary Point of Contact (POC) who is available by phone and/or email 24 hours/day and 7 days/week during the term of this contract. The secondary POC will be contacted when the primary POC cannot be reached or does not respond to phone calls or emails from RRCS. 3. Contractor must supply all sufficient equipment, materials, personnel, and ice-melt product to remove snow and ice from RRCS properties listed in Attachment E. 4. Work must be performed at all properties listed in this solicitation when 3” of snow has accumulated and for each successive 3” of snowfall. 5. Work must be performed when a layer of ice of any depth accumulates at each property. 6. Pricing is per location per trip. Work must be performed and priced as one trip when snow and ice exist at the same time. 7. Contractor to create safe conditions at each location for pedestrian and vehicular traffic in response to inclement weather. Shovel, plow, remove ice, and apply deicer as required for all walkways, building entrances, steps, handicap ramps, driveways, parking areas including handicap parking and clear access to dumpsters, sheds, fire hydrants and all out buildings on property. 8. Do not use rock salt at any location. Contractor to submit proposed ice-melt product in its response to this solicitation. 9. Contractor to provide Material Safety Data Sheets for all chemicals and deicers used on RRCS property. 10. Move all snow away from buildings, cars, parking spaces, entrances to structures, and walkways so that pedestrian and vehicular traffic is not impeded by snow piles.
