1. The contractor shall designate a primary point of contact (POC) who remains accessible via phone and/or email on a 24/7 basis throughout the duration of the contract. 2. The contractor shall designate a secondary point of contact (POC) who remains accessible via phone and/or email on a 24/7 basis throughout the duration of the contract. RRCS will engage the secondary POC in the event the primary POC is unavailable. 3. The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, materials, personnel, and icemelt products required to remove snow and ice from the RRCS properties listed in Attachment E. 4. Snow removal services shall be performed at all properties identified in this solicitation once snowfall accumulation reaches two (2) inches, and again for every additional two (2) inches thereafter. 5. Services shall be performed whenever any ice is observed on the property, regardless of depth or extent. The Contractor shall also apply appropriate pre-treatment measures as necessary to prevent ice formation and ensure safe conditions. 6. Pricing is calculated per location, per service visit. When snow and ice conditions occur simultaneously, all required work must be completed and billed as a single trip. 7. The contractor shall ensure safe conditions for both pedestrian and vehicular traffic at each location in response to inclement weather. Services shall include shoveling, plowing, ice removal, and application of de-icing materials as needed for all walkways, building entrances, steps, handicap ramps, driveways, parking areas, including designated handicap spaces—as well as maintaining clear access to dumpsters, sheds, fire hydrants, and all outbuildings on the property. 8. The use of rock salt is strictly prohibited at all locations. The contractor shall include the proposed ice-melt product for approval in its response to this solicitation. 9. The contractor shall provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all chemicals and deicing products used on RRCS property. 10. The contractor shall relocate all snow away from buildings, vehicles, parking spaces, building entrances, and walkways to ensure that snow piles do not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic.
