Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2. The Contractor shall immediately proceed with snow removal without approval from Virginia ABC when the accumulation of snow is at least three (3) inches deep, or if a Virginia ABC Store Manager or designee requests before three (3) inches of snow has accumulated and if additional accumulation is anticipated. Timing of the clearing shall be coordinated for employees to arrive at the location by 8:00 AM (EST), and leave as needed. 3. If the accumulation is less than three (3) inches, the Virginia ABC Store Manager or designee shall determine the necessity for snow removal and notify the Contractor if services are required. Contractor must be available and respond immediately upon notification from the Virginia ABC Store Manager or designee and Contractor must respond to requests to perform snow/ice removal and/or apply appropriate de-icing/ice melt agent application within two (2) hours of contact
