Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as “VDOT”) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide equipment with experienced, licensed operators to perform snow and ice removal services throughout Loudoun County in VDOT’s Northern Virginia District; The Contractor(s) shall provide the snow removal equipment listed with experienced, licensed operators, fuel, tools, parts, supplies, and all incidentals as necessary for safe and efficient snow removal operation. The work will consist of, but not be limited to, snow and ice removal from VDOT maintained roadways. Work shall be performed on an as needed basis on both primary, secondary and subdivision routes throughout Loudoun County in the Northern Virginia District as specified under C, Equipment Descriptions.
