THIS REQUIREMENT IS A TOTAL 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE AND IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS IAW FAR PART 52.232-18 1. Solicitation number W15WKN-22-Q-5039 is for Snow and Ice Removal Services in Dublin, VA (VA012). This requirement is being solicited, utilizing the procedures set forth in FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). 2. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure Snow and Ice Removal Services for the 99th Readiness Division (RD) at the New River Valley Memorial USARC, 5746 Reserve Way, Dublin VA 24084. Snow and Ice Removal services will maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance at the locations list below. All Grounds Maintenance services shall be in accordance with the Attachment 0001 – Performance Work Statement (PWS) VA012, Attachment 0002 – Site Map (VA012) Snow, and Attachment 0003 – Wage Determination (VA012). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code that applies to the principal nature of the acquisition is: 561790- Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings- Size Standard of $8,000,000.00).” 3. The Government intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) requirements contract. The period of performance for this effort shall be a 12-month base period and four, 12-month option periods. The period of performance for this requirement will be from date of contract award.
