Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful bidder shall furnish all necessary labor, travel, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment, and incidentals to provide services as herein defined remove accumulated snow from JTCC grounds in accordance with all terms, conditions and provisions of the contract on an “As Required/On-Call” basis at JTCC’s two (2) campuses, Chester Campus and Midlothian Campus. JTCC estimates 150 hours collectively used between the two campuses in a snow season each year. The 150 hours are not a guarantee. The hours needed may be more or less each year, during the term of a resulting contract. 2. The successful bidder must have unrestricted access to or own snow removal equipment. Rental equipment will not be considered as a dependable source for equipment for this bid.
