Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful bidder shall furnish all necessary labor, travel, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment, and incidentals to provide services as herein defined remove accumulated snow from JTCC grounds in accordance with all terms, conditions and provisions of the contract on an “As Required/On-Call” basis at JTCC’s two (2) campuses, Chester Campus and Midlothian Campus. 2. The successful bidder must have unrestricted access to or own snow removal equipment. Rental equipment will not be considered as a dependable source for equipment for this bid. 3. The College’s Director of Facilities, Grounds Supervisor, Facility Supervisor or his/her representative, shall be able to contact the successful bidder by telephone and cell phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The successful bidder shall respond “on site”, within 4 hours, after receipt of a telephone request for service from the Director of Facilities, or his representative. The successful bidder should have enough personnel and equipment to simultaneously remove snow and ice and apply ice melt at both Campuses.
