The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Eastern Region Headquarters (ERH) is soliciting for a fixed-price type contract, using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for snow and ice removal commercial services at the National Weather Service Forecast Office (NWSFO) and the Sterling Field Support Center (SFSC), both located in Sterling, VA.
