The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified offerors to establish multiple contracts through competitive negotiation for the purchase of all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, services, incidentals, and related items necessary to provide snow/ice removal and/or spreading salt, sand, or ice melt for Laurel Ridge Community College. Virginia Community College System – Shared Services Center reserves the right to award to multiple offerors. This solicitation is being conducted on behalf of the Virginia Community College System (VCCS), to include all 23 community colleges, the System Office and the Shared Services Center (SSC). Any community college or division of the VCCS may but not obligated to utilize any resulting contracts for snow and ice removal services from the awarded contractors who serve their area (zone), as result of this solicitation. There is no guarantee that any awarded contractor(s) shall receive a request for snow and ice removal services under any awarded contracts from a VCCS entity
