Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The successful bidder shall furnish all necessary labor, travel, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment, to plow and push snow at DSLCC. 2. The successful bidder shall provide emergency snow plowing upon request from DSLCC for any emergency snow and/or ice condition needs with a guaranteed response time not to exceed 2 hours. 3. The successful bidder shall provide equipment that is best suited to plow snow and or remove ice at DSLCC in a timely manner from the initial call request from DSLCC. If multiple campuses require snow plowing and or removal of ice the successful bidder shall provide adequate manpower and equipment to complete all campuses simultaneously, from the initial call request.
