Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide emergency snow plowing and ice removal upon request for any emergency snow and/or ice condition needs within 24 hours after snow fall ends and with a guaranteed response time not to exceed 12 hours after notification by BRCC that services are required. 2. Shall provide equipment efficient to remove snow from the Verona Parking Lot in an 8 hour time frame, unless snowfall exceeds 20 inches. 3. If requested by BRCC, the Successful bidder shall provide ice melt product to treat the parking lot. The ice melt shall be per VDOT specifications for parking lots ; 1. Provide a 4X4 truck with 8’ plow ; 2. Provide skid loader with Snow bucket ; 3. Provide backhoe with bucket; 4. Provide backhoe with 10’ pile driver bucket ; 5. Provide a dump truck with 10’ plow ; 6. Provide farm tractor with plow ; 7. Spread of ice melt as provided by contractor
