Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Provide emergency snow plowing and ice removal upon request for any emergency snow and/or ice condition needs within 24 hours after snow fall ends and with a guaranteed response time not to exceed 12 hours after notification by BRCC that services arerequired.2.Shall provide equipment sufficient to remove snow from the Verona Parking Lot in atimely manner.3.If requested by BRCC, the Successful bidder shall provide ice melt product to treat the parking lot. The ice melt shall be per VDOT specifications for parking lots.4.Shall perform its operations with sufficient frequency so that, at all times, the contractor’s work is in compliance with all requirements and specifications of any resultant contract, consistently providing a safe means of vehicular and pedestrian passage at the work site.5.BRCC estimates 2 0 hours of snow/ice removal services. BRCC also, estimates about 3-5bags of ice melt to be used. These estimated quantities may or may not be needed, depending on the amount of snow and or ice that falls. BRCC is not obligated to guarantee any number of hours and or bags of ice melt to the awarded bidder
