Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide emergency snow plowing and ice removal upon request for any emergency snow and/or ice condition needs within 24 hours after snow fall ends and with a guaranteed response time not to exceed 12 hours after notification by BRCC that services are required. 2. Shall provide equipment efficient to remove snow from the Verona Parking Lot in an 8 hour time frame, unless snowfall exceeds 20 inches. 3. If requested by BRCC, the Successful bidder shall provide ice melt product to treat the parking lot. The ice melt shall be per VDOT specifications for parking lots. 4. Shall perform its operations with sufficient frequency so that, at all times, the contractor’s work is in compliance with all requirements and specifications of any resultant contract, consistently providing a safe means of vehicular and pedestrian passage at the work site. 5. College Representative Shall: a. Be the “Contract Administrator”, but, in the absence of the Contract Administrator, the Director of Facilities shall act as the College Representative. b. Have other college personnel to assist in the administration of any resultant Contract. The contractor will be supplied with the name and title of the College
