Provide equipment with experienced, licensed operators to perform snow and ice removal services on VDOT maintained Interstate routes and entrance and exit ramps throughout the Bristol District in accordance with the specifications contained herein. The Snow Removal Season is defined as September 1st of each year through April 30th of the following year. This contract will be awarded in five (5) lots. Bidders may bid on one or more lots. If a Bidder is successful in being awarded multiple lots, the Bidder shall be capable of providing necessary services and equipment as specified for each lot simultaneously. Lot 1: I-381 Washington County from mile marker 0 to mile marker 2.0 and I-81 Washington County mile marker 0 (TN State Line) to mile marker 26.9 Lot 2: I-81 Washington County from mile marker 26.9 to mile marker 34.2 and I-81 Smyth County mile marker 34.2 to mile marker 54 Lot 3: I-81 Smyth County from mile marker 54 to mile marker 57.3 and I-81 Wythe County mile marker 57.3 to mile marker 73 Lot 4: I-77 Wythe County mile marker 41 to mile marker 46.5 and I-77 Bland County mile marker 46.5 to mile marker 67 (WV State Line) Lot 5: I-81 Wythe County from mile marker 73 to mile marker 87.3 and I-77 Wythe County mile marker 33 to mile marker 24.2
