PWC provides snow removal services to nearly 50 sites throughout the county, with 20 sites that operate 24/7. See Attachment VI.4 for County Facility Locations. Contractor(s) may be asked to assist at any or all these locations. Contractor(s) may also be requested to provide these services at additional County facilities and/or non-County facilities, properties and roads. PWC defines the snow removal season as November 1st of each year through April 1st of the following year. The services provided under this solicitation may be required on a 24/7 basis and the contractor(s) shall have equipment and personnel available to perform contract services. SERVICE RESPONSE & COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor shall provide the County with telephone numbers to be used to notify the Contractor of any requirements for their services. The Contractor must possess and maintain a dedicated mobile phone and an email account for the County to immediately send notifications to the Contractor. The Contractor, its drivers and equipment operators must possess a working cell phone. These cell phone numbers must be provided to the County Contract Administrator or designee for matters pertaining to work-related business. Contractors must designate a Project Manager. This person will be the primary contact for all contract matters. Contractors must return telephone calls from the Contract Administrator, or designee, within Thirty (30) minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. If the Contractor is using an answering machine or paging services, the Contractor shall return all calls from the Contract Administrator, or designee, within Thirty (30) minutes. The Contractor shall provide contract services within two (2) hours from notification by the County Contract Administrator, or designee, to begin service.
