Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.The Contractor(s) shall provide the snow removal equipment listed with experienced, licensed operators, fuel, tools, parts, supplies, and all incidentals as necessary for safe and efficient snow removal operation. The work will consist of, but not be limited to snow and ice removal from VDOT maintained roadways. Work shall be performed on an as needed basis on primary, secondary and subdivision routes throughout Loudoun County in the Northern Virginia District as specified under C, Equipment Descriptions. 2.In order to be responsive, Bidders shall offer all of the Snow Removal Equipment and Operators listed for any lot bid, in the quantities indicated. Bidders bidding on more than one (1) VDOT snow removal solicitation within the Northern Virginia District shall have a sufficient number of pieces of Snow Removal Equipment and Operators for each bid. No Contractor shall be awarded multiple contracts for a single piece of Equipment as identified by the vehicle identification number (VIN).
